If you're not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at hello@mycheekybaby.com. We'd be happy to assist you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please return your item(s) along with a copy of your proof of purchase to:

Exchanges 

If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at hello@mycheekybaby.com. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To process an exchange, return your item(s) along with a copy of your proof of purchase to:

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
